1. No Returns or Exchanges Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital planner has been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only available in cases where the Digital product is a Corrupt file or not as described. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. If your refund request is accepted we will refund your amount within 5-7 days.
